Looking out the window

When I was the XO of TF Dragon, I used to travel the entire perimeter of Bagram AF at least twice a day. I used to see things like this all the time.

Now when I look out the window of the cubicle farm I currently work in, I see another office tower, a shopping mall parking lot and a major north-south road. Of course, nobody has fired rockets at my office tower, and we do have a nice coffee machine too.

Are you complaining about how good you got it again?

Major John is one of the finest human beings on earth; he just needs someone to lob rockets at him the rest of his life.

Soldiers Angels tries to grant wishes to Soldiers Major John, but I am afraid "lobbing rockets" at your office window is one we could not fulfill.

We could perhaps launch cookies. Dressed like clowns to hide our identities of course....

Let no soldiers wish go unanswered~~

Hey Major. Found you via Mudville Gazette. You were linked by them just next to me. Sounds like you have 'Stan Withdrawl. I reckon I might suffer that too when I leave.

But yeah, suicide bombing on the Bagram-Kabul road today. Meant for a US military convoy.
