I had jumped into the Blackhawk with my helmet sliding around - chinstrap askew, goggles knocked about - when a passenger took this shot of me. I kind of like the reflection off of my sunglasses - you can see Baghdad in them.

So, just curious - how are the old hands liking the new BDUs (or whatever they're now called)?
I still think the classic woodland camo BDUs were the best work clothes I've ever had. Beats slacks and a polo shirt, any day.

I like the ACUs much better than the BDUs or DCUs. A few people don't like the velcro on the pockets, but overall they are very much better.
