This is not the Parwan (and Charikar) I remember.
Bagram was always a high profile target - it was that way when I was there in 2004-2005. However, It was worse when CSM Bones went back in 2008-2009. And it looks like it stayed that way...
But at least a couple of scumbags will no longer plague the area.
