I've given up hope on the Bears already, and I've found the Big 10 Network is free on my Dish subscription. I actually watched my first Illini football game, and I'm so sorry I didn't try before.

Beating SIU is a mediocre deed - Illinois blew a lead and lost to Missouri the week before this...
Can't wait to see the photos sir. To paraphrase that great philosopher, Ferris Bueller, I don't even have photos, I have to envy yours.

I know they blew the lead last week. Should I be heartened that they had a lead? Do you think holding on to a lead is fixable? I would think so since it's early in the season and Scheelhaase is a redshirt freshman.
Ha, our Fighting Illini won a Bowl game, first in this century!
AND, Da Bears are in the playoffs. Funny, I had given up hope on them back in September, but I think they are who I thought they were and they will lose in the first round. Let's see.
