We've got a friend...no, not really.
This probably didn't win too many friends in the insurance industry. I don't work in the health field and I'm still a bit miffed. Is this part of that whole post-partisan, no more finger pointing thing I had heard about last year?
"You immoral insurance #$%*!"
"I strike you with the Rising Palm of Populism Technique!"

Have been annoyed at my insurance company, but I would NEVER call them immoral.
And sometimes you do have to have the patience of Job to be on the phone or follow-thru all the paperwork after surgery, but I would NEVER call them villians.
Overall, I don't have a problem with them. I go to the Dr., I pay some, they pay some. I get prescriptions and mail them away and I pay some, they pay some. If I have a question, I call.
Can't say I'm in love with them, but I don't hate them. It's insurance.
She really has no right -- although I'm sure SHE thinks she does -- to make them the total bad guys here.
