Return to Afghanistan
Just returned from a short trip to my next mission. Bagram, Camp Eggers and Phoenix have changed much since we have been away. Task Force Phoenix VIII here we come. Everything is up armored now, I did not have my pick up with the sand bags anymore. Wish you were with me again Major John.

When you get a chance zip by Salerno and get a couple of photos for me if you could CSM. I'd love to see the place.
No problem, TF Phoenix is covers the whole country and I will be on the road most of the time. It will be good to get away from Parwan Province.

Greetings CSM! My daughter-in-law is currently in country and will soon be joined by her husband/my son :o) as part of Task Force Phoenix. Our youngest son will be in Iraq shortly for the next 15 months as well. If you should run into a married couple from Hillary's great State; tell them you "blogged" with their mom/mother-in-law.
