Two Afghan Jobs Safe from Competition

The above pictured Afghans can feel safe in their jobs. I surely represent no threat to the baker, and only a slight one to the kebab maker... I tried to make naan (the bread) and kebab for New Year's Eve. The kebabs were fine. Let's not talk about how the naan turned out, OK?

I blame the Signaleer for all this.

That naan is tricky stuff! An "artform"... not unlike true fried bread (Navajo / Hopi). Kebabs look AWESOME Major John!

I think I need to roll it thinner and stretch it more - all else was OK.
I used a pizza stone - could only do one slab at a time too.
