This is "Rambo". He is a local from the north-east of Kabul - found at the front gate of Camp Phoenix. Camp Phoenix is one of the prime locations for training the Afghan National Army. At Camp Phoenix, soldiers like the Signaleer are turning tough Afghan fighters into tough, professional, Afghan soldiers. Rambo is not a big fan of the Taliban, and he has a very good memory of who was a Talib. He decided to help with security at the front gate of Camp Phoenix, and was given the nom-de-guerre of Rambo by the US troops there. Eventually, a way to get him a modest stipend was found too.
