Illinois Governor Blagojevic confiscates F-16s from USAF. At least that is what it looks like he is saying. Having a fair amount of experience with the Illinois National Guard, I am fairly certain that those aircraft were provided by the US Air Force. If forced to choose, I would have to say that I'd take Rumsfeld in a stare down with Governor B...
