Whither this blog?
The Inner Prop is the only other person who has contributed to what once was a group blog. Some dropped out, some have more or less transitioned to Facebook or other sites to post photos, links, commentary.
I will leave this up, so as to preserve what I have done in the early years, but what to do going forward?

What's the traffic like? I get only 4-5 a week at Illini6. I'm not happy with that, but I keep posting.
I hate fb, but I link there. That seems to be the best way to keep control.

Haven't been by here in ages. I think I actually stopped reading blogs for almost an entire year. Funny that today I am going through my bookmarks and deleting blogs that no longer hold the same interest. I came upon yours to find this post. I am in the same blogboat, except that in my case I’m the only one that can keep it afloat. Posting became infrequent and of little to no substance, as I found myself drawn into Facebook where I could just look at stuff and not have to think... at all. This is a dangerous thing, especially for an aging and tired brain. So, in the past week or so, I made an attempt to reconstitute my blogself. I am not sure how or where it will go, but I am hoping that it may, in some way, help bring me back to life.
