Hmm... I'm not quite sure what to say after watching that bit with the Queen. He is American? (Heh.) Unfamiliar with protocol? He was not made aware of the order of festivities? He did not know what song was being played? Perhaps he is hearing impaired? He is not aware of the significance of the song or of the woman to whom he was standing next to? Maybe he's just winging it?
