Is this where I admit that back when I was young, I had a beat up, rusty old Datsun car that I put a "GT Turbo" sticker on the back of? The engine was 998 cc of snarling fury and it could break the speed limit going down hill! Woo hoo!
I think this is a wonderful idea. I don't need a new car, just a MB hood ornament for my bitchin' Saturn! Ha!
Yes Simon, this the time and place to do that. Heh. Of course, as the proud teenage owner of a 1974 Ford Grand Torino (which actually appeared to be a white whale on wheels) I am refraining from criticism of ANYONE's cars...
That Datsun had no paint left on it by the time it worked it's way down to me. 100% primer and rust, baby!
It was great for rush hour traffic. I could push into any line, after all, if I got a scrape it wasn't like I was going to lose any paint!
