My blog is worth $60,970.32.
How much is your blog worth?
A Risk Managing Citizen-Retired Soldier, He Who Hunted Heads, A hoopy e-learning frood who is also a generative artist/teacher, A PMP'n Migratory Executive, A Running Dog Capitalist/Economist, A CSM who has had a Kipling Experience and an Author/Prop - Yummy as Krispy Kreme and as strong as Dunkin' Donuts Coffee!

Nothing like risking life and limb on a convoy down Jalalabad road to get real bread and sniff the 2-can Saloon and an issue of UK FHM magazine. This fair haired colonial boy gives it 3 stars.
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention the horrible, Tantalus-like bar sitting there in Camp Suter. "Oooh, beer and stout, and I can't have any....yeargh!"
So, to clarify: The Yanks have to abstain, but the Brits get to drink? That is just awful. You poor, miserable bastards.
Don't get me wrong, the Brits were low key about it, and didn't rub it in (very much that is). This bar was on their base after all.
When I was in Bosnia, the European military people were a bit startled by our "dry" policy. However, they are more used to the crazy American ways now.
Even the Afghans were surprised by our abstinence. More of them drank than we did (I think).
Any chance they've got any of those fine White Castle French Onion burgers in the commisary?
You're the man, Major John!
Not a chance. The Brits had VERY GOOD food, not that kind of swill...
Hello, I am interested in hearing from others
