I found it!
You may have wondered where the trillion bucks spent to get things moving, economically speaking, went? I found them... symbolically enough, here:

I could not resist looking at your blog, simply because it is a "miliblog" titled "Miserable Donuts" and must comment because I was greeted by a photo of a glorified outhouse. Hmmm.. I was curious also, reading the intro, wondering what a "Kipling experience" entails. I suppose if I read more of the blog I might discover the answer to that question.
Damn.Figured.May just do that. Reason I asked about Kipling is because I have an 1899 publication of a novel he wrote called "In Black and White" sitting on my desk. Thanks for replying to my comment.
